The mayonnaise is not difficult to make. With the electric appliances in our kitchens we have no excuse for buying a bland mayonnaise containing many food additives.
To successfully make your own mayonnaise it is imperative that ALL the ingredients are at room temperature, the acidity of the lemon juice or the vinegar will also help the preparation. Bon appétit.
Ingredients for 250g of mayonnaise
- 20cl of vegetable oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp of mustard
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Drops of lemon juice or vinegar
