Steamed Ginger Fish Fillet
Simply the pleasure of eating fish
This dish is a great classic of Chinese gastronomy. It is quick to do, foolproof and healthy. Its flavors are very attractive and arouse all appetites. The children will be asking for more. You can adapt it to all kinds of fish.
Do not reduce the amount of ginger, after cooking and watering with sauces it will be easy to eat and delicious. In my recipe I used cod fish. Serve with Thai fragrant rice. Bon appétit.
Ingredients for 2 people
- 350g fish fillet
- 30g fresh ginger
- 2 spring onion
- 5g cilantro
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
