Garlic, Salt and Pepper Tofu

Delicious and ideal for lighter meals



Ingredients for 2 people

  • 500g firm tofu
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
  • ½ and ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 3 spring onion
  • 1 hot chili (optional)
  • 2 tbsp white rice vinegar
  • Frying oil
