Salt & Pepper Fish

This is how the Chinese like to eat fish



Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500g fish fillet
  • 60g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
  • 1 and ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ and ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ½ pepper
  • 1 spring onion
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Oil for frying
