Fish With Three-Flavored Sauce
Sweet + salty + acid = a fantastic dish
Ingredients for 2 people
1 whole fish (a sea bream for example)
40g tamarind paste
15cl boiling water
2 shallots
2 garlic cloves
1 fresh hot chili (strong or sweet)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 beautiful Thai basil branches
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Frying oil
