Ingredients for 20 Skewers

  • 20 slices of beef for carpaccio
  • 400g to 450g Gouda cheese
  • 20 skewer sticks 15cm
  • 70ml light soy sauce
  • 100ml cooking sake
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Chili powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
