• 600g ribs
• 1 star anise
• 3 garlic cloves
• 3g spring onion
• A pinch toasted sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
• 2 tbsp white rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• ½ tsp dark soy sauce
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 2 tbsp sugar
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp ground pepper
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
