Ingredients for 4 people

    Rice noodles

    • 200g rice flour
    • 200g tapioca starch
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 40cl boiling water

    Pork meatballs

    • 400g pork loin
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ½ tsp ground pepper
    • 1 tbsp fish sauce
    • 1 tbsp tapioca starch
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

    Pork broth

    • 500g pork bones
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 3 tbsp fish sauce
    • 3 garlic cloves
    • 1 onion
    • 2L water

    Also

    • 4 shallots
    • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
    • 1 green onion
    • 10g cilantro
