How to make tasty grilled fish rolled sushi
Ingredients for 36 sushi
300g sushi rice
30cl water
2.5cl white rice vinegar
15g sugar
5g salt
3 nori sheets
1 mackerel fillets
1 tsp wasabi powder
20g shiso leaves (perilla or beefsteak plant)
1 tsp olive oil
Pickled ginger
Teriyaki sauce
10cl soy sauce
10cl cooking sake
30g of sugar
5cl of white rice vinegar
½ tsp grated ginger
½ garlic clove
