Grilled Mackerel Sushi with Teriyaki Sauce

How to make tasty grilled fish rolled sushi



Ingredients for 36 sushi

  • 300g sushi rice
  • 30cl water
  • 2.5cl white rice vinegar
  • 15g sugar
  • 5g salt
  • 3 nori sheets
  • 1 mackerel fillets
  • 1 tsp wasabi powder
  • 20g shiso leaves (perilla or beefsteak plant)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Pickled ginger

Teriyaki sauce

  • 10cl soy sauce
  • 10cl cooking sake
  • 30g of sugar
  • 5cl of white rice vinegar
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • ½ garlic clove

Utensil

  • Sushi Mat
