• 1 shallot
• ½ lemongrass
• ¼ pepper
• ¼ green apple
• 1 Iceberg salad leaf
• 1 spring onion
• 5 cilantro sprigs

• 2 mint sprigs
• 1.5 tbsp grilled glutinous rice
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
