• 1 tsp oregano
• 1L tomato puree
• 100g tomato paste
• 500g ricotta
• 130g Parmesan cheese
• 500g mozzarella
• 350g wheat flour
• 4 eggs
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• Ground pepper
• Salt
