  • 6 scallops
  • 6 salmon or shrimp quenelles
  • 200g Paris mushrooms
  • 2 onions

  • 1 tomato
  • ½ pepper
  • 10g parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 30g and 50g butter
  • 700g puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 50g wheat flour
