Ingredients for 6 to 8 people

    Exotic fruits jelly layer

    • 1kg ripe mangoes
    • 3 passion fruits
    • 150ml orange juice
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 10g agar-agar powder
    • 300ml water
    • 50g sugar

    Coconut jelly layer

    • 165ml coconut
    • 150ml water
    • 3g agar-agar
    • A pinch of salt
    • 30g sugar
