A shortcrust pastry and a puff pastry hiding a chinese inspired filling



Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 pound ground pork (500g)
  • ¼ cup wood ear mushrooms
  • 2 shallots
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Shaoxing cooking wine
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 1 puff pastry
  • A little butter
