Sizzling Ginger & Black Bean Frog Legs

  • 100g ginger
  • 3 spring onion
  • 1 hot chili (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fermented black beans
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • Ground pepper
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 10cl water
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
