Ingredients for 36 macarons

    Shells

    • 150g almond powder
    • 150g icing sugar
    • 2 x 55g egg white
    • 150g white sugar
    • 40g water

    Coconut Cream

    • 20cl coconut milk
    • 80g white sugar
    • 15g cornstarch
    • 2 whole eggs
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 100g butter
    • 2 tbsp coconut flavored liqueur
    • 15g flaked coconut

    Decoration

    • 15g flaked coconut
