Chinese Stir-Fry Chicken with Mushrooms and Bamboo Shoots
One of the fast, easy and excellent classic Chinese dishes
Ingredients for 2 people
200g chicken thighs
250g bamboo shoots
15g wood ear mushrooms
5g cilantro
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp grated ginger
½ tsp Shaoxing cooking wine
1 tsp + 1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 pinch + ¼ tsp salt
Ground pepper
½ tsp + 1 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
