Chinese Sizzling Beef

As delicious as it is spectacular

Ingredients for 4 people

• 250g tender beef
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp ground pepper
• 1 tsp Shoaxing cooking wine
• 2 tsp potato starch
• 1 egg
• 1 garlic clove
• ½ tsp fresh ginger
• 1 onion
• ¼ red pepper
• ¼ green pepper
• ¼ yellow pepper
• 2 spring onion
• 10g wood ear mushrooms
• 1 tbsp black bean paste (douchi)
• 1 tsp dark soy sauce
• ½ tsp cornstarch
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• Oil for frying
