Chicken & Pineapple Fried Rice

The perfect dish to start enjoying sweet and sour food



Ingredients for 2 people

  • 400g cooked Jasmine rice
  • 150g chicken breast
  • ¼ fresh pineapple
  • 50g roasted cashew nuts
  • 1 egg
  • ½ onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 5g cilantro
  • 2 spring onion
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
