A French frangipane cake to feast Epiphany from January 6th

Ingredients for 6 people

• 2x200g homemade puff pastries

Pastry cream

• 1 egg
• 30g sugar
• 15g wheat flour
• 125ml milk

Almond cream

• 75g ground almond
• 50g sugar
• 30g butter
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 tbsp rum

Egg wash

• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tbsp water

+

• Maple syrup
• 1 fève
